By accessing our website or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SMBIZ provides AI-driven business automation solutions, including but not limited to AI Voice Agents, CRM automation, lead qualification systems, and content generation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

Subscription fees and one-time setup costs for our Services are specified on our Pricing page or in your individual Service Agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Services.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.
• Use our AI Voice Agents to conduct illegal telemarketing or harassment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMBIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
